Halloween
recipes help those with a little talent and a lot of desire
to cook like a witch. One doesn't have to be Witch Emeril
or Julia "Witch" Child to come up with some
grand Halloween recipes. All that is necessary is a little
creativity and some direction, which we will provide on
this page.
Halloween

favorite Halloween recipes that are sure to tantalize,
delight and offer an adventurous dining experience.
Halloween
Recipes - Stewart Little Stew
In
order to create Stewart Little Stew, the following items
will be necessary:
- Stewart
Little or light mouse substitute
- Lettuce,
turnip & pea
- Olive
Oyl sans Popeye
- Small
bag of potatoes
- Eye
of Newt Gingrich
- Salamander
tail
- Sea
salt from the Dead Sea
In
order to create the delicious Stewart Little Stew, first
mix the lettuce, turnip & pea plus potatoes in a caldron
of boiling water. Add Olive Oyl. In a separate pan, sauté
the eye of Newt Gingrich and salamander tail in Olive
Oyl and sea salt for 10 minutes. Add to the caldron when
finished. Boil pot for approximately 20 minutes or until
Middle Age incantations start to rise and fill the room.
Halloween Recipes - Deviled Dinosaur Eggs
This
Halloween recipes may require some effort or connections
in order to attain and authentic dinosaur egg. In lieu
of an authentic egg an ostrich egg may be used.
In
order to created deviled dinosaur eggs, the following
will be needed:

Dinosaur egg/s (may use ostrich egg/s as a substitute)
- Devil
- Cayenne
pepper
- Dr.
Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Cookie
sheet greased with bat lard
First,
grease the cookie sheet with the bat lard. Preheat the
oven to thermonuclear High. In a mixing bowl, add the
Devil, cayenne pepper, Dr. Pepper and mayonnaise and stir
with a fork until blended. In an empty caldron, boil the
dinosaur egg or eggs until hard. Let cool. Crack open
egg and remove yolk. Fill egg with Devil mix. Thank the
Devil for his cooperation in making the eggs. Place on
cookie sheet and baked until the Devil screams, "No
mas! No mas!" Remove from oven and let cool a millennium.

Recipes - Country Bumpkin Pie
For
this delightful Halloween recipe, you may need to travel
to Arkansas or Georgia and entice and bona fide country
bumpkin into a cage using a squirrel tail and duck call.
Once the bumpkin has been captured, use a tranquilizer
dart to put him out for about 20 minutes. Remove shoes,
if any, on the bumpkin and extra up to 3 gallons of toe
jam. Repeat this procedure on more bumpkins of necessary
in order to get the correct amount of jam.
To
complete this tasty Halloween recipe, a few other ingredients
are necessary such as:
- Mustard
seeds
- Hamster
milk
- One
gopher egg
- Monkey
tail
- Large
Mixing bowl
- Large
spoon
- Pie
pan
In
a large mixing bowl, pour the toe jam, mustard seeds,
hamster milk, gopher eggs sans yoke and monkey tail. Mix
ingredients with the large spoon until frothy white. Say
two Hail Mary's and the voodoo incantation for a worldwide
infestation of locust, then place the ingredients in the
pie pan, bake for 25 minutes, let cool and serve.
These
are our favorite Halloween recipes. But, many more Halloween
recipes are to be found with a little searching or a little
experimentation in the kitchen. Be creative. Who knows,
you may just be the person to discover the next wombat
waffles or barbequed gorilla tonsils and this can't be
all bad, can it?
